Amplius Flexible Benefits Pot

We're excited to announce the launch of our latest colleague benefit - our Flexible Benefits Pot.
This £250 pot can be used against a range of options - from offsetting salary sacrifice schemes to supporting your wellbeing or topping up your pension.
You can use the full pot against one option, or choose to split it out across multiple.
For example, you could use the full amount to offset - or even cover the cost of purchasing more annual leave - depending on the final purchase cost. Or, you could use £100 for that and the remaining £150 towards offsetting the cost of upgrading your health cash plan.

This Flexible Benefits Pot is available to all permanent colleagues in tiers 4-7 who've completed their probation.
All choices take effect from April of the new benefits year. Any unused funds won't roll over to the next benefit year but will automatically be paid into the colleague’s pension. If the colleague isn't enrolled in a pension scheme, unused funds will be forfeited.
How to apply
The form to complete your allocation request for your Flexible Benefits Pot can be found on Cascade.
From the Cascade homepage, navigate to 'my dashboard'.
From the drop-down menu at the top of this page you'll need to select 'Flexible Benefits Pot'.
You don't need to add a new record. Simply update the 2026/2027 line with your options.
This form will automatically calculate how much of your pot you've used/how much is left (if you're requesting to split your pot across multiple options). This updates each time you press 'save'.
