Amplius colleague benefits

Our colleague benefits offer is separated into six areas.

These areas are:

  • Strong core offer
  • Choice-based benefits
  • Learning and development
  • Wellbeing
  • Recognition
  • Foundational benefits.

Simply click on the links below for more information about that benefit. To get back to this screen, click on the X that'll appear at the top right-hand corner of the pop-up window.

If you have any issues using this page, please email the Communications team.

What happens next?

The consultation on our colleague benefits offer has now concluded and the final package is outlined below.

Colleagues can raise any further questions or seek clarification through a member of the Amplius Colleague Team (ACT), however, no further counter proposals will be considered.

Updated policies to reflect the new offer will be shared with ACT members as they become available.

New contracts will be issued to all colleagues at the end of October 2025.

Colleagues who don't wish to accept the new terms must inform our People Services Team of their decision in writing.

Non-communication will not be considered as refusal.

Our tier structure

In the details of the offer, we often refer to the different tiers of the organisation. Below is a breakdown of which roles fall into which tier.

Tier 1 - Executive Team

Tier 2 - Directors

Tier 3 - Heads of Service

Tier 4 - Managers

Tier 5 - Team Leaders/Specialist roles

Tier 6 - Frontline roles

Tier 7 - Apprentices.

Please note: We understand that the tier system is new for legacy Grand Union colleagues. The tier each colleague will sit in will be confirmed as part of the restructure process.
