Access the goal setting page

1. On your team members landing page, select the 'MAIN' dropdown and choose '1:1 GOAL SETTING' 1. from the list.

Add a new 'Goal setting' record

2. Select 'New record' in the bottom-right of the page.

3. Fill in the form and select 'Save' to add the record to your team member's profile. The below screenshot shows the screen that needs to be completed in Cascade. When you click the  next to each section if will give you more information about how to complete the form.
