Access the Personal Development Plan page
1. On your team members landing page, select the 'MAIN' dropdown and choose '1:1 PERSONAL 1. DEVELOPMENT PLAN from the list.
Add a new record
2. Select 'New record' in the bottom-right of the page.
3. Fill in the form and select 'Save' to add the record to your team member's profile.
