As you're aware, we recently consulted with colleagues on our updated Employment Offer, which sets out our approach to colleague terms, conditions, and benefits.

This is a key element of Amplius’ broader people strategy as we strive to be an 'Employer of Choice' with modern employment practices, fairness and consistency across our workforce, while remaining competitive in attracting and retaining talent.

As part of this ongoing programme of organisational improvement, we are now entering consultation on proposed changes to pension arrangements for colleagues currently enrolled in a Defined Benefit (DB) pension scheme.

These proposed changes are being considered in the context of the Amplius’ current organisational structure and operating model, to ensure that our employment arrangements - including pension provision - remain consistent, appropriate, and aligned with how Amplius is organised and operates today.

It’s important to say that, at this stage, these are proposals only. The consultation allows everyone to understand the details, ask questions, and share their views before any decisions are made.
